Your thoughts are more powerful than we realize. They have the
ability to create stress or defuse stress. This workshop brings
to your conscious mind how often your thoughts are unfocused and
dispersed. You will learn to bring the unconscious thought into
your conscious mind to create positive change.
FACILITATORS
Sandra Cureton is a wellness consultant who works
with individuals and the corporate world to promote the
importance of wellness in body, mind and spirit. She worked in
the mental health field for 17 years with a background in
psychosocial rehabilitation. For the past 12 years she has been
training in a variety of holistic therapies, she is certified as
a Touch for Health Instructor by the Canadian Association of
Specialized Kinesiologists. This training enables Alexandria to
share up to date information on stress management, using easy to
learn techniques that can be used in the workplace without being
intrusive. Alexandria has a passion for helping others to live
in peace and harmony and in reaching their potential.
